Fife nominated for three Scottish Energy Awards 2017

Fife continues leading the way in Scotland’s energy sector as it’s shortlisted in three categories at this year’s Scottish Energy Awards.

Levenmouth Community Energy Project, a partnership between Bright Green Hydrogen, Fife Council and Toshiba has been nominated for two awards:

  • Best Innovation Award
  • Carbon Reduction Award

Fife Council’s lead officer for renewables, Barbara Whiting has been nominated in the category, Champion of Renewables Award.

The Scottish Energy Awards celebrate the determination and innovation that have ensured the continued success of Scotland’s renewable energy sector during challenging times.

The winners will be announced at the award’s ceremony held on 30 November 2017 at Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
